Life at PALM centres around our open-air industrial restaurant, bar, and pool area. Double-height repurposed shipping containers and a steel structure with warehouse-style windows frame a single palm tree, creating a striking focal point. Our all-day kitchen serves up dishes infused with Sri Lankan flavours, with a menu that changes based on seasonal ingredients. The poolside bar offers fresh juices, hand-crafted coffee, and signature cocktails daily.
Island Feasts
In addition to our all-day menu, you can preorder a Seafood or Sri Lankan Curry feast, for an occasion, because you want to try something new, or just because you're a little extra hungry.

Too Hot? Cool Off with a Daypass
Join us around the pool anytime between 9 am and 6 pm. The cost is LKR 7000, deductible from food and drink. Pool mats and umbrellas are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, and we cannot reserve specific areas. Please bring your own towel, or purchase a PALM pool towel from our concept store.
